Mindollary, LLC — Instagram Integration Application
Last Updated: February 8, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Mindollary, LLC (“Mindollary,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Instagram Integration Application (the “Application”). The Application is a private, internal-use tool that connects to the Instagram Graph API solely to automate the scheduled publication of media on Mindollary’s own company Instagram account.
The Application is not a consumer-facing product, is not offered to third parties, and is not available for download by the general public.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 No Personal Information Collected
The Application does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from any individual. Specifically, the Application does not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
- Authentication credentials, passwords, or access tokens beyond what Instagram’s OAuth flow provides transiently in memory
- Device identifiers, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints
- Location data, biometric data, or any sensitive personal attributes
- Any data belonging to Instagram users who view or interact with content we post
2.2 Limited Operational Data
To perform its core function, the Application may handle the following non-personal operational data exclusively in memory and only for the duration of a single API call:
- Instagram Business Account ID (a non-personal technical identifier assigned by Meta)
- Media file metadata (captions, scheduled post times) provided by Mindollary staff
- API response codes and error messages returned by Meta’s servers
None of this data is written to disk, retained in any database, logged to persistent storage, or shared with any third party.
3. How We Use Information
The sole purpose for which data is handled by the Application is:
- Authenticating with the Instagram Graph API using Mindollary’s own business account credentials
- Uploading and scheduling media posts to Mindollary’s official Instagram account
- Receiving API confirmations or error codes to verify successful post publication
We do not use any information for advertising, analytics, profiling, machine-learning training, or any purpose beyond the immediate technical function described above.
4. Data Retention
The Application maintains no persistent data store. All transient API data handled during an operation exists only in application memory and is discarded immediately upon completion of each API transaction. There is nothing to retain, archive, or delete.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties. The only data flows are:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — API requests are transmitted to Meta’s servers over encrypted HTTPS connections as required to use the Instagram Graph API. Meta’s own Privacy Policy governs any data Meta receives.
- Legal compliance — We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or other valid legal process, to the extent any applicable data exists.
The Application is strictly for internal use by Mindollary personnel. No third party has access.
6. Instagram API and Meta Platform Compliance
The Application is developed and operated in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Specifically:
- We access only the permissions and data fields necessary to publish media to our own account
- We do not use Instagram API data to target, identify, or profile any Instagram user
- We do not store or cache any content returned by the Instagram API
- We comply with Meta’s data use restrictions applicable to content posted via the API
For details on how Meta processes data transmitted through the Instagram Graph API, please review Meta’s Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
7. Security
Although the Application does not retain personal data, we implement reasonable technical safeguards for all API communications, including:
- Exclusive use of HTTPS/TLS for all network requests to Meta’s API endpoints
- Credential management through environment variables or secure secret-management systems, not hardcoded in source code
- Access to the Application restricted to authorized Mindollary personnel only
8. User Rights and Data Deletion Requests
Because the Application does not collect or retain any personal information, there is no personal data subject to access, correction, portability, or deletion requests. Nevertheless, if you believe the Application has inadvertently handled personal information about you and you wish to submit a deletion or inquiry request, you may contact us at:
Mindollary, LLC — Privacy Request
privacy@mindollary.com
We will respond to all privacy inquiries within 30 days. If we cannot locate any personal data pertaining to your request (which is the expected outcome given our no-retention architecture), we will confirm that in writing.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Application is an internal business tool not directed at, accessible by, or designed for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Because the Application is internal, material changes will be communicated directly to relevant Mindollary personnel. Continued use of the Application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
